Our story

Like most parents of young kids, we spend a lot of rainy days hunting for somewhere to take the little ones. The information out there is scattered, inconsistent, and often just wrong. Opening hours that haven't been updated in years. No mention of whether there's a café, parking, or a dedicated toddler area.

BookPlay brings together venue information from public listings, venue websites, and updates submitted by venue owners. Coverage varies: some listings have more detail than others, and facilities, prices and opening hours can change.

What we cover

We cover soft play venues across the UK — from cities to smaller towns — expanding area by area and improving our venue information as we grow.

Where available, listings include opening hours, amenities (café, parking, toddler zones, party rooms), age guidance, Google ratings, and links to the venue website and directions. Google ratings are labelled separately from reviews submitted to BookPlay.

Keeping information useful

A data refresh date shows when listing data was refreshed; it does not mean we visited the venue or verified every detail. Check current prices, age restrictions and opening times with the venue before travelling. If something looks wrong, use the “Something wrong?” link on its listing to send us a correction.

Own a venue?

If your soft play centre isn't listed — or the information we have is wrong — we want to hear from you. You can claim your listing for free and keep your details up to date yourself. No agency required.
