Before you get started
Can parents book from our own website?
Yes. You can link to your BookPlay booking page or use the responsive booking embed on your existing website.
Can we take payments online?
BookPlay supports pay-on-arrival sessions and Stripe online payments when enabled for your venue. The demo shows the pay-on-arrival flow; it does not take a payment.
What does it cost?
Your venue listing is free. Booking access and fees are separate; contact us to discuss your setup before going live. The demo ticket prices are examples, not BookPlay fees.
Do we have to switch our bookings straight away?
No. You can keep your existing booking link and free listing. BookPlay-managed bookings require approved access and setup; creating an account does not switch them on.
